Unless your program is an "auto-save", the document is gone.

If you have, then you can try opening your word processor text, and locate the most recently used files are available.

You can see them. But I think it's probably gone. Sorry.

If you've enabled the automatic saving, easy to start Word, and offered to identify the document for you. If you do not save there, then probably not automatic, so there is nothing to get.

But if you manually ...

If it starts a temporary version of the file name with a ~ Do a search for all files with ~ doc (type ~ *. doc available) and if we do. If a large number of files that will help you check the date, find the right one.

Good luck ... and turn off the auto-save "for the next time. :-)

After using the program to open it, you can create a temporary copy of it in the folder where you saved the find in a document. Open the program, select "Save As out" and who opens the file. Then navigate to the folder through Windows Explorer and your ability to rotate to show hidden files and folders on the menu "Tools". Then you should be able to see if it's there. It will be difficult to recognize the name of the document, but watch out for the file type.

If that fails, go to the Start menu and select Run. Then type% temp% and press well. Then browse the folders to find you.
