Norton ran the virus scan and automatically restarts the computer in the evening, I saw the letter he wrote is gone. Please help /

Unless your program is an "auto-save", the document is gone.
If you have, then you can try opening your word processor text, and locate the most recently used files are available.
You can see them. But I think it's probably gone. Sorry.
If you've enabled the automatic saving, easy to start Word, and offered to identify the document for you. If you do not save there, then probably not automatic, so there is nothing to get.

After using the program to open it, you can create a temporary copy of it in the folder where you saved the find in a document. Open the program, select "Save As out" and who opens the file.
